I started my journey with Medical Recruitment Strategies in 2019 as a Junior Recruiter. When I fully understood about this industry, Recruiting became my passion and to become successful I just kept one thought in my mind“Never give up”. Now over 2 years, promoted as“Healthcare Recruiting Manager”, mainly focused on VMS clients and healthcare industry jobs like Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurse, LPN, Pharmacists, Case Manager, Nurse Director, Pharmacy Technician, Lab Technician, Customer service, Warehouse, Scientist. In 2020, I was honored to receive the“Best Recruiter of the year award”.
I attended the Govt. Engineering College Ajmer where I received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Following that, I attended Jaipur National University where I was able to earn a Master of Technology degree.
I really love my job because I like it when I get someone a job and they feel happy about it.
Outside of work I enjoy cooking, watching movies, testing out new restaurants, travelling, video games and cricket etc.
