I am Serena Mezza, I am 24 years old and I am Italian. I’ve started as a Recruiter at ConSol Partners UK and I now moved into an HR and Office Assistant role. I am providing generalist HR admin support to the operation team, as well as assisting with internal communications, company culture, CSR and DEI initiatives. In the past few years, I lived, worked, and studied between Rome, Milan, Madrid, and London, where I graduated in HR & Employment Relations. This provided me with a wide understanding of how crucial it is to invest in diversified human capital to meet the requirements of this globalized world. I decided to join the DE&I Committee because I want to make sure my company is committed to an inclusive work environment where everyone feels respected and represented.
