We are hiring for Customer Service (Pharmacy Tech). The client is well- known company and is offering good pay.
Job Description:
Our Customer Service Pharmacy Technician coordinates communication between pharmacy, providers and facilities while resolving prescription issues in a timely, efficient, courteous, responsive, reliable, and respectful manner. This person:
- · Answer and submit inquiries regarding patient information and medication therapies
- · Take requests for refill orders, out on pass, patient discharge orders, and special
- delivery requests
- · Assist the pharmacist with facility and physician office communications
- · Obtain patient information for our data base by calling patient care representatives and
- physician offices
- · Utilize judgment in knowing when to escalate issues to the management level
- · Utilize various programs such as Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Word
- · Complete assigned projects upon request in a timely manner
- · Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- · HS diploma or equivalent is required
- · 1 year of previous experience with direct client communication-customer service
- · Prior healthcare/pharmacy experience preferred
- · Strong computer and data entry skills
- · Must have good oral communication skills, attention to detail, and problem solving
- skills
- · Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred
Schedule:
4 weekdays from 11:00 am - 7:00 pm and 1 weekend day 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
