Headcount: Looking to hire 30Pay Range: $18
•Operates semi automated manufacturing equipment under close supervision, performing routine setup, basic troubleshooting, and production documentation while following safety, quality, and standard work procedures to meet daily production goals.
•Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Set up, operate, and monitor semi automated production equipment, performing changeovers, calibrations, line clearances, and routine preventive maintenance to meet production targets
•Quality & Documentation: Perform first article inspections and routine quality checks; accurately complete all required production, quality, and equipment documentation.
•Safety, Cleanliness & Compliance: Maintain a clean and sterile work environment; follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and established workflows, reporting issues as needed.
•Team Collaboration & Materials Support: Conduct material requisition and inventory management; Participate in daily production meetings and collaborate with cross functional teams to address technical issues and drive process improvements.
