Description: answer a high volume of incoming phone calls. Schedule appointments, run insurance eligibility, rescheduling patients
Schedule: 830am-5pm Monday -Friday
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
previous medical office experience required
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong organization and time management skills
Positive and productive attitude
Team player
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of insurance verification, referral management
Knowledge of Centricity (preferred)
Knowledge of Epic (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
