We are looking for Customer Care representatives to join our team!
**EXTENSIVE CALL CENTER CSR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
**MUST BE ABLE TO START ON SEPTEMBER 10 - GROUP START**
Description:
TRAINING SCHEDULE will be 7:30am - 4:30pm for 5 weeks.
Work days/hours: Work hours are between 7am - 6pm. 8 hour work schedule.
Onsite/virtual/hybrid: Hybrid - 1 day at the office as of now other 4 days virtual. Please keep in mind this will change. The days in the office will increase over time. Only candidates who are good on transportation and willing to go on-site will be entertained.
Position: Customer Care Specialist
A Customer Care Specialist is responsible for assisting customers with placing new orders providing status of existing orders answering questions concerning availability of BD products.
Duties will include:
Communicating with customers over the phone or via email.
Providing detailed order information.
Reviewing customer orders and/or account information while resolving issues.
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED required
Basic computer navigation skills required.
Working knowledge of MS Excel Word Outlook required.
Customer Service experience required
Call Center experience required
