Schedule: Business hours are 8a-6p, Mon - Fri

Location: Mandatory onsite in Northborough, MA

Primary Responsibilities:

Utilize competently the required software platforms to include
UPS WorldShip
FEDEX Insight
QS/1 PrimeCare
Meter Machine Operating System

Full competency in knowledge base of the shipping requirements of the products serviced by (pack out, pack out supplies, shipping service level requirements, welcome kits, etc.) Perform all steps of package preparation for daily order shipments to include:

Label processing under the correct account, level of service and ship to information
Packaging of all medication shipments following the approved pack-outs specific to the product type (Ambient and Cold Chain).
Ensure proper documents are added to the package per the SOP's of that product type
Electronic documentation of shipped items within the pharmacy operating system Process daily program letters for printing, folding, stamping and sealing to ship Assist with the inventory management and reordering of packing supplies and Welcome Kits as assigned by the Logistics Manager Assist with receiving of shipments into the building and loading dock Effective use of time to ensure outgoing mail is ready prior to scheduled daily pick up Assist with program pick-up of product from manufacturer when needed

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Must have the ability to alternate sitting and standing, as well as lifting, twisting, bending, reaching up to 20 pounds of product, and frequent pinching and grasping with or without reasonable accommodation.
