Luz María is an accountant by profession. She has worked as Administration and Finance Manager in companies from different sectors leading multidisciplinary teams and in charge of Financial, Human Resources, Technology and Logistics areas. She joined Grupo Solimano three years ago as Administration and Finance Manager. She is a university professor in Administration and Accounting subjects.
She is passionate about promoting team development through collaborative work, constant learning and skills strengthening, motivating the thought of continuous improvement and job development. She believes that a happy collaborator contributes to a happy family and for this we must build work environments that allow us to achieve this goal.
Luz María joined the committee with the objective of knowing the guidelines of EMPRESARIA in DE & I and she considers that diversity is the value of a team.
