Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Position Summary The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) will collaborate with a dedicated clinical care team to provide evidence-based primary and family healthcare services. This role is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic health conditions while promoting preventive care and patient wellness. The FNP will contribute to improving patient outcomes through high-quality, patient-centered care. Required Qualifications Master's Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program. Current National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing within the state of practice. Active RN and APRN licenses with no current or prior disciplinary actions. Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC). Minimum of 1 year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in one or more of the following settings: Family Medicine Primary Care Urgent Care Strong knowledge of chronic disease management and quality care measures.
