Hello! I’m Niwas and I lead the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) team in LMA. My career spans over nine years of BFS recruitment experience during which I’ve forged productive partnerships with both multinational corporations and boutique firms, enabling them to establish, fortify and expand their talent networks locally and across the region.
My specialisation lies in successfully placing talents with Middle Office, Back Office and Sales Support functions within the Financial Services and FinTech throughout the APAC region.
