Starting as a consultant with Monroe in 2012, Tina served as division head for both the Technology and Industrial divisions before taking on the role of Deputy Managing Director in October 2019. She was promoted to Managing Director of Monroe Consulting Indonesia in January 2022, and her leadership expanded further in 2024 when she also became the Managing Director for the Philippines. Her unwavering focus on delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates has driven significant achievements across the region under her leadership.
