Required Skills/Experience
- Minimum of 1 year first level supervisory experience in a high-volume inbound service center or call center.
- Experience coaching and motivating staff to sustained high performance.
- Ability to work between the hours of 8:00am ET and 8:00pm ET Monday through Friday and willingness to work overtime as needed.
