We are looking for 7 Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join our team!

**Work REMOTE with future possibility of Onsite -- Should be within commutable distance to Franklin TN**

Projected Start date: 10/3/2022

Shift: Monday-Friday 8-5 CST

They have to come on site to pick up and initiate equipment and for a short orientation, and then assignment will be remote
**REQUIRES high speed internet and a smart phone.**

This role will be working with providers and managing the application/paperwork review process. Those with provider experience preferred. Some phone work required. (manager will explain during an interview)

Customer Service Rep is responsible for initial onboarding of new agents consisting of triaging paperwork, verifying credentials and completing necessary steps to produce a welcome letter of confirmation.

Strong computer skills, attention to detail and critical thinking necessary.

Production goals must be met after training is completed and some phone work will be necessary answering calls received from agents regarding the status of their application or other onboarding related issues.

Verbal and written skills are vital in order to succeed in this role.
