Job Title: RTB Authorization Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented RTB Authorization Specialist to support the resolution of unbilled tickets in the Ready to Bill (RTB) file. This role focuses on identifying and resolving authorization, insurance, and claims issues across various categories including AUTH, INS, TERMED PART D, and more. The ideal candidate will bring strong reimbursement knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve RTB tickets and address authorization or insurance-related issues.
Verify insurance coverage and benefits through payor portals or direct contact.
Document outcomes and updates in CPR+ accurately and professionally.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of patient account issues.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, authorization, or insurance verification.
Strong time management, critical thinking, and customer service skills.
Experience handling claim denials, rejections, and appeals.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a high-volume call center setting.
