As HR Executive, you will,
∙ Process FMLA, State and Company leave administration in accordance with all applicable federal and state regulations and company leave policies with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
∙ Monitor and complete daily tasks using established business processes to ensure timeliness and compliance based on federal and state regulations.
∙ Update the myLeave absence management system and other supporting HR systems with the employee's applicable leave of absence information.
∙ When assigned daily tasks are complete, support other LOA team members in accomplishing shared goals and/or tasks.
∙ Review reduced schedule Return from Leave employee change forms.
∙ Communicate with employees, HR team members as well as managers and other key stakeholders either verbally and/or in writing.
∙ Research questions related to leave administration.
∙ Work collaboratively with other Case Managers to ensure that compliance, department, and company goals are met.
* 1+ years of HR and/or FMLA experience
* 1+ years of Customer Service experience in a professional work setting
Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
