Job Title: Interim Director of Pharmacy
Location: Southern West Virginia
We have a need for an Interim Director of Pharmacy at a site we manage in Southern West Virginia. It is a large facility that needs more of a consultant-level Director to maintain the operations.
What skills are required: recent Inpatient/acute care management experience/DOP. Strong operational leader.
Is specific state licensure required? Yes, WV
Dates of Coverage needed: Overlap with outgoing DOP a few days the week of Dec. 4th. Initially looking for a 7-week commitment, but they may be extended depending on the client contract.
Coverage Hours needed: 40 hours/week, M-F
Job Responsibilities: Administrative Director (minimal staffing only to help fill in if needed). Meetings/customer relations between site-level administration and CPS administration. Lead operations, clinical, and compliance initiatives. Carry out current plans of action for Sterile Compounding, WV BOP, and DEA Mock Survey.
