Duties
Demonstrate effective skip-tracing techniques by locating patient contact information through various avenues including contacting patient, Dr. office
Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer for each call made or received.
Track volumes of Returned mail
Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
Experience
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate or equivalent relevant work experience.
Previous customer service phone skills
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Previous collections and skip tracing experience preferred.
Position Summary
This position's purpose is to manage and limit the volume of mail returned for bad addresses. This individual will track volumes, investigate to find good addresses, and based on results follow department guidelines for next steps.
