Marketing Data Specialist (Cebu)

Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of the world's largest supplier of semiconductor test equipment for logic, RF, analog, power, mixed-signal and memory technologies and deliver test solutions to developers and manufacturers of a broad range of integrated circuits, packaged separately or integrated as cells in system-on-a-chip (SOC) devices. The company is based in Lapu-lapu City, Cebu and the role is to be assigned on an hybrid set-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution and ownership of global marketing reports
  • Liaison between internal database systems to ensure communication and integration
  • Database maintenance, optimizing inbound data sources, and conducting data quality analyses
  • Collaboration with technical and system operation team members
  • Supporting regional and global marketing teams with operational guidelines, data quality analysis
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Build dashboards and reports to track and report on marketing performance effectiveness, centrally and in the regions
  • Support Marketing with accurate, timely data enabling the team to take data driven decisions

Basic Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience with marketing software platform/CRM system (SalesForce/Dynamics/HubSpot/Marketo/etc.)
  • Proficiency in excel and Power BI models
  • Experience with customer journey tracking on the contact-level data
    • Ideally data analytic training on both the contact and company level data
    • Example: data tracking on contact's engagement all the way to order
  • At least 5 years of experience of database maintenance
  • At least 5 years of experience of data tracking processes on both digital and offline activities
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to synthesize information fast and effectively, identify critical insights and develop compelling recommendations
  • Exceptional people skills with the ability to work effectively across executive leadership, marketing leaders, business analysts and technologists
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
