Job Title: Registered Nurse - Vaccination Support

Location: Multiple Locations - Flexible Hours Available

Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our growing vaccination team in a retail-based healthcare setting. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about public health, enjoy working in a dynamic community environment, and are committed to helping individuals stay up to date with essential immunizations. PPE will be provided for all clinical interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer vaccines to patients aged 5 and up, including but not limited to Flu, COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis, Shingrix, Tdap, and Pneumonia.

  • Educate patients on vaccine safety, efficacy, and post-vaccination care.

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR).

  • Collaborate with pharmacy teams and store leadership to support efficient clinic operations.

  • Provide exceptional patient care, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.

  • Participate in routine clinic setup, follow PPE protocols, and assist in maintaining a safe and clean clinical environment.

  • Adapt to evolving protocols and support team members in high-volume settings.

Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of employment.

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required.

  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience with a strong emphasis on immunizations preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.

  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or eligible for a medical/religious exemption.

Schedule:

  • Flexible shifts, including weekdays and weekends.

  • Candidates must be open to varying hours based on site and community needs.

Education:

  • Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN or BSN) from an accredited program.

  • High School Diploma or GED (verified).
