Job Title: Registered Nurse - Vaccination Support

Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our growing vaccination team in a retail-based healthcare setting. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about public health, enjoy working in a dynamic community environment, and are committed to helping individuals stay up to date with essential immunizations. PPE will be provided for all clinical interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer vaccines to patients aged 5 and up, including but not limited to Flu, COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis, Shingrix, Tdap, and Pneumonia.
- Educate patients on vaccine safety, efficacy, and post-vaccination care.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Collaborate with pharmacy teams and store leadership to support efficient clinic operations.
- Provide exceptional patient care, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
- Participate in routine clinic setup, follow PPE protocols, and assist in maintaining a safe and clean clinical environment.
- Adapt to evolving protocols and support team members in high-volume settings.
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of employment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience with a strong emphasis on immunizations preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or eligible for a medical/religious exemption.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
- Candidates must be open to varying hours based on site and community needs.
Education:
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN or BSN) from an accredited program.
- High School Diploma or GED (verified).
