Positions are onsite for training with the potential for WFH afterwards.
Manager will schedule interviews either in person or through Microsoft Teams.

Position #1 MON-FRI 08:00PM - 04:30AM EST
Position #2 MON-FRI 10:00PM - 06:30AM EST
Position #3 MON-FRI 07:00AM - 03:30PM EST
Position #4 MON-FRI 03:00PM - 11:30PM EST
Position #5 MON-FRI 11:00PM - 07:30AM EST
Responsibilities:
- Alarm Coordinators answer calls from retail stores regarding emergency situation such as fire, theft, power outages, accident or injuries etc.
- Responsible for routing to proper authorities such as police, fire dept, electricians etc.
Experience:
Preferred: Police, Fire, Rescue or 911 Dispatch. DICE Matrix software OR experience in any other Alarm monitoring software, etc Examples: Bold, Mastermind, Patriot Systems, Microkey, Surgard
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, accurately and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to effectively interact with management and local emergency response
- Proven ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Demonstrated ability to work with an Alarm Coordinator high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain information in the strictest confidence.
- Experience providing customer service, preferably over the telephone, with proven ability to be sensitive to each request and apply strict confidentiality
