CVS Health is looking for a Client Services Specialist II - Customer Service Representative *REMOTE
Candidates have to come on site to pick up and initiate equipment and for a short orientation, and then assignment will be remote
**REQUIRES high speed internet and a smart phone.**
This role will be working with providers and managing the application/paperwork review process. Those with provider experience preferred. Some phone work required. (manager will explain during an interview)
Customer Service Rep is responsible for initial onboarding of new agents consisting of triaging paperwork, verifying credentials and completing necessary steps to produce a welcome letter of confirmation.
Strong computer skills, attention to detail and critical thinking necessary.
Production goals must be met after training is completed and some phone work will be necessary answering calls received from agents regarding the status of their application or other onboarding related issues.
Verbal and written skills are vital in order to succeed in this role.

Minimum (Required) Qualifications: (must be met in order to perform the job at the required level) Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization Knowledge of Business Blocks and CPR+
Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of three (3) years work experience in applicant patient areas
Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience is required.
