Job Type: Contract-Full Time
Pay rate: $15.00-15.99/hr.
Job Responsibilities:
* As an Enrollment Coordinator you will be responsible for collecting and entering patient demographics, payer information and therapy information for new patients referred to the Specialty Pharmacy.
* You will interact with referral sources to initiate the new referral process. You will also participate as an auditor in quality initiatives, including continuous quality improvement, within the department.
Qualifications:
* 2 Years Data Entry
* Type 50 words per minute
