Pharmacist- In Store Immunizing
Desired Start Date: ASAP
Length of Assignment: 1-2 Months
Hours per Week: (Part-Time - 15 hours)
Shift and Time: Flexible
Schedule Details: Part Time
Weekend Rotation: every other
Holidays Requirements: as scheduled
Floating Requirements: Travel to other pharmacies up to 30 miles
Experience Required: 1 year in last 18 months
License Required: Active Pharmacy License in the state
Certification Required - Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
Certificates Required: BLS
Imp NOTES-
PT - 15 hours
Immunizing clinic hours are Mon-Sat and high volume stores are 10am-7pm and low volume stores are 3pm-7pm
Travel to other pharmacies up to 30 miles

Minimum Required Qualifications:
* This individual must have excellent interpersonal skills.
* Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
* Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
* Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)*
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. Degree
