We are looking for a Customer Service representative to join our team!
Schedule: M-F (Flexible between 09:00 AM and 10:00 PM)
Location: Remote with future possibility of onsite
Description: The Market Research Coordinator will focus on the following tasks:
- Calling predetermined pharmacies to obtain cash pricing on a variety of pharmaceutical items.
- Data entry into spreadsheets.
- Working with internal team to share insights and perform adhoc internet research on pharmaceutical items.
Qualifications: Must have 1-2 years of customer service experience, cold calling a plus. Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently making outbound calls for large portion of scheduled shifts. Must work with a high degree of accuracy, strong communication skills and working knowledge of MS Excel.
