Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Contingent - Onsite)
Location: Onsite | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Contract Length: 6 months (with potential for extension)
Overview
We are hiring Contingent Customer Service Representatives for a full-time, onsite role. This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite five days a week. Remote work may be considered later, but is not guaranteed.
After completing a 4-week training program, representatives will begin making outbound calls to members, followed by handling inbound calls as they gain experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from patients and referral sources
Make outbound calls to assist patients with products, services, and order needs
Verify insurance coverage and process patient orders accurately
Coordinate delivery and pick-up of medical equipment and supplies
Maintain accurate records and patient documentation
Provide excellent service and help resolve patient concerns
Preferred Skills & Experience
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party insurance is a plus
Experience verifying insurance and processing medical orders preferred
Strong attention to detail, computer proficiency, and problem-solving skills
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable with call monitoring and performance tracking
No pre-scheduled PTO during the first 6-8 weeks
Able to commute to the worksite daily (public transit nearby; confirm routes)
