Job Description:

Office location would be One CVS Drive Woonsocket RI Fully remote acceptable. 6 months to start with the possibility of extension Actual title: Manager HR Business Partner The Manager HR Business Partner plays a key supportive strategic role as a thought partner to aligned client leadership and the broader HRBP team. The HRBP is responsible for building successful relationships within all levels of the organization to proactively develop and execute human capital plans that will positively impact the company. Operating within an HRBP consulting model the HRBP is directly or in partnership with other HR Centers of Excellence COE and HR Shared Services HRSS responsible for supporting key talent organizational processes and workplace practices including workforce planning talent acquisition performance and change management organizational design manager/team assimilation compensation talent reviews and large-scale enterprise HR initiatives. As Strategic Partner: bull With leaders and senior HR partners/leaders develops business strategies and aligns builds and executes the HR strategy to address the current and future direction of HR bull Supports and delivers broad scale human resource consulting coaching and human capital solutions to leaders and colleagues bull Evaluates and advises on the impact of new programs/strategies and regulatory action as those items impact the attraction motivation development and retention of team members. bull Coaches and develops leaders to optimize performance bull Develops rich talent pipelines needed to drive both current and future business needs bull Builds a change-capable organization that helps colleagues to thrive in a constantly changing environment bull Identifies escalates and addresses implications of organizational change and local policy/practice initiatives As Operations Manager: bull Brokers consulting project and other works with COEs and HRSS leveraging enterprise resources and expertise bull Effectively analyze leverage and share key insights and actions based on HR data and metrics bull Leverages technology tools and resources to optimize organizational effectiveness people process policy As Cultural Ambassador: bull Recognizes articulates and helps shape company and aligned client culture bull Sustains leader focus on engagement of colleagues recognizes trends designs and implements people solutions to address bull Facilitates finding HR solutions to difficult/urgent situations bull Facilitates dialogue and discussion to align others on values and encourage collaboration

Education: bull Bachelors Degree Relevant Work Experience: bull 5 years Preferred Experience and

Experience in consulting coaching and influencing colleagues or people managers bull Experience in organizational design/development and change management bull SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification bull Engaging and inspiring leader with ability to effectively lead through ambiguity and competing priorities bull Strong relationship builder with enhanced capability to impact and influence at various levels in the organization bull Reflect results-oriented project management facilitation and consultative skills to impact and influence decision-making bull Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate a flexible attitude in response to shifting dynamics adversity and/or change bull Excellent written verbal and strong interpersonal skills are required that include a strict attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality while showing sound judgment and decision-making skills bull Ability to manage strategic and tactical responsibilities with ease and a positive attitude in addition to balancing competing priorities in both strategic and day-to-day service delivery
