Job Description
* Performs a nursing assessment on all assigned patients
* Plans and implements interventions/treatments according to patient needs/physician orders
* Documents all assessments and care provided
* Administers medications according to physician orders and hospital policies
* Accepts responsibility as relief charge nurse, team leader or primary care nurse
* Will work 2 12 hour shifts per week (630 AM - 1900). in the prep/recovery area of a cath lab
Requirements
* 1.5+ Years experience - Required
* Must take Call
* Travel - Required
* COVIID VACCINE REQUIRED
* EP and Neuro - Highly Preferred
Certification Requirements
* ACLS
* BLS
State License Requirements
* Ohio
