I joined LMA recently in the Regional Technology & Project Management team. A Post grad in Human Resources from the UK, had 8 years of experience of which 7 years into recruitment including 4 years on a leadership/team management role. Previously I have managed diverse team of 5-19 people (180 and 360 Consultants). I have worked with the firms like Allegis Group/Aston Carter, Robert Half, Eames Consulting and recruited in different geographies like US, Hong Kong and Singapore. My background is a solid mix of both Perm and Contract recruitment. The area I have been successful at is the Projects & Change space in Banking and Insurance, mostly Manager and above level hiring. Prior to joining LMA, I had been in Hong Kong for 4 years. The part I enjoys in recruitment is developing and building new relationships. I am a good networker.
Outside work, I’m into playing Cricket and Gym.
