Bilingual (Spanish/English) Family Nurse Practitioner - Retail Clinic

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our retail clinic team. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care in collaboration with a clinical care team to a diverse patient panel, ages 18 months and above. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are highly preferred-please indicate bilingual skills at the top of your resume.


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.

  • Provide health counseling and disposition planning to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • Document all patient care using electronic health records (EHR).

  • Collaborate with clinical care team members daily to drive quality outcomes.

  • Educate patients on maintaining proper health and managing chronic conditions.

  • Respond promptly to patient inquiries throughout the day.

  • Foster strong communication with patients, colleagues, and retail staff.

  • Manage clinical and non-clinical tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

  • Support practice operations including hiring and staff development.

  • Ensure insurance coverage validation is incorporated into care plans.

  • Uphold core values of quality, integrity, and patient engagement.


Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program.

  • Current National Board Certification and valid State license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse.

  • DEA registration required at time of offer.

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.


Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

  • Sunday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

  • Every other weekend required

  • Training hours may vary.
